Payment and Cancellation
- Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the required payment via wire transfer or PayPal. If you chose to pay “Locally”, you have 5 days from the time of making the reservation to complete the payment. The bank details for the transfer are provided in the confirmation email you receive upon booking and on the website.
- For stays between September 16th and May 31st, you can cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. For stays between June 1st and September 15th, the cancellation window is 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made outside these windows are not eligible for a refund.
