Terms of Service for Sobol Apartments in Crikvenica, Croatia

 Welcome to our website for Sobol Apartments. By booking a stay at one of our properties, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Eligibility

  • To book an apartment, guests must provide accurate personal details, including name, address, and a copy of a valid ID.
  • Reservations are made via our website, where we collect and manage personal details securely.
  • The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.

Payment Policy

  • All payments are to be made via wire transfer.
  • Guests have 5 days from the time of reservation to transfer the required amount.
  • Bank details are provided in the confirmation email sent after a reservation is made.
  • The pricing for the rental period is fixed and non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

  • For stays between September 16th and May 31st, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival for a full refund.
  • For stays between June 1st and August 31st, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after these windows will not be eligible for a refund.

Check-In and Personal Information Collection

  • Upon check-in, guests are required to provide personal information as per local laws and regulations, including ID, name, and permanent address.
  • This information is collected for regulatory compliance and will be handled with utmost privacy and security.

Use of Property

  • Specific rules and guidelines for the use of the apartment and amenities will be provided upon check-in.
  • Any damage to the property during the stay may result in additional charges.

Liability

  • The management is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
